The Eulogy And Judgment Of My Friend, The Philosophe was written in 1996 and won the Creager Prize at Ursinus College in 1998. 

The Effects of Ground-Level Ozone on the Ecology of Pennsylvania Highways has recently been nominated for the Pushcart Prize by The Shore.

He is a graduate of The New School’s Creative Writing program (MFA, 2011).
